Dennis A. Beyer as Sole
Proprietor has headed Direct Business Systems for the past 11 years. Prior to
gaining the status as Sole Proprietor, Mr. Beyer was in a partnership for 2
years with Direct Business Systems. He was Vice President of Marketing for
TechniServ, Inc., a PC Preventive Maintenance and Commercial Automation
Company. Mr. Beyer was an account manager for K&K Electronics, a
Commercial Communications Equipment Distributor. He also had a
computer-consulting firm for 5 years, which sold the local county their first
PCs on an official bid. Chief Financial Officer
Johnnie R Fogle spent the last
17 years as VPs of Finance, Director, and Controllers of prominent Food
Companies like Sopakco, Earl Campbell Foods, J&B Sausage and J Bar B
Foods. Prior to the food industry, Mr. Fogle was a Partner in the Accounting
Firm Durst, Wood, Milberger & Associates. Mr. Fogle was a Senior
Accountant for Deloitte Haskins & Sells. Outside of finance,
accounting and taxes, Mr. Fogle managed custom programming projects for
accounting, inventory and production applications. Mr. Fogle holds a MBA,
Finance and a BBA, Accounting from Texas A & M University. Mr. Fogle
graduated with honors (Cum Laude) and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma
(Business Honor Society). Mr. Fogle completed the CPA requirements in May of
1981 and is a member of the Lone Star Bank, Moulton Texas Regional
Development Board from 1999 to current. VP of Technology Services Kent Wright has over 10 years experience
with Internet technologies and programming. Mr. Wright has proven experience
in routing protocols, packet sniffing, analyzing and troubleshooting on
virtually any network. He has in-depth knowledge of Cisco IOS,
configuration, firewalls, Eastern Research, Vina, Netopia, Nortel, Adtran and
most other flavors of networking hardware. Mr. Wright's skill set
includes switching protocols, spanning tree, SPAN, VLAN, ARP, and SNMP
management, and retains honed skills in IP management, configuring, maintaining,
securing and troubleshooting POP3, SMTP, IMAP and list servers for over 5000
concurrent users. Mr. Wright maintained HTTPD, FTP, DNS, SSL and SSH server
for over 80 concurrent servers, administration of all MS Windows Servers,
Unix, Linux on all aspects from daemons, user management, to security and
intrusion detection. His expertise continues into Usenet (NNTP) news servers,
IRC peer servers (Dalnet), and custom-branded IRC Client / Web based IRC
server / chat room environment. Mr. Wright's programming skills are in the
design and application development of HTML, PHP, MySQL, and Postgres, layout,
navigation and general interactive web site design. Web application
development includes order tracking, customer tracking, help desk,
e-commerce, validation, inventory and management systems. |
